If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. About GW2 Services

GW2 Services LLC provides residential outdoor services that may include lawn care and maintenance, landscaping services, spring and fall cleanups, snow removal, ice management, and related services.

The specific services available to a customer may depend on location, property conditions, season, weather, scheduling availability, equipment requirements, and other factors.

Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular service is available at a specific property or location.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair the website or GW2 Services’ ability to operate it.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, server, database, account, network, or system connected to the website.

You may not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technology to collect information from the website without our prior written permission.

You may not use the website to submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, threatening, or unlawful information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to submit a quote request, enter into a service agreement, or purchase services from GW2 Services.

If you are requesting services on behalf of another individual, business, property owner, homeowners association, landlord, tenant, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

4. Quote Requests

The website may allow customers to request a free quote for services.

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract between you and GW2 Services.

Information submitted through the website is used to evaluate your request and determine whether we may be able to provide the requested service.

We may contact you for additional information, photographs, measurements, property access, an onsite evaluation, or other details before providing a quote.

GW2 Services reserves the right to decline any quote request or service request at our discretion.

5. Estimates and Quotes

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes and estimates are based on the information available to us at the time they are prepared.

Quotes may be based on information provided by the customer, photographs, visual inspections, property measurements, expected labor, material costs, equipment requirements, seasonal conditions, and anticipated service requirements.

A quote may change if actual property conditions differ from the information originally provided.

Additional charges may apply for circumstances including unexpected debris, excessive overgrowth, hidden obstacles, inaccessible areas, additional labor, material price changes, changes requested by the customer, additional snow accumulation, ice conditions, or other circumstances outside the original scope of work.

A quote becomes binding only when accepted in accordance with the terms stated in the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, service agreement, invoice, or other written agreement.

6. Service Agreements

Certain services may require a separate written or electronic proposal, contract, service agreement, work order, recurring service agreement, or other document.

Those documents may contain additional terms relating to pricing, scheduling, payment, cancellation, weather, materials, property access, recurring services, or other matters.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed or accepted service agreement, the terms of the specific service agreement will control with respect to that service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the requested services.

Customers must disclose known conditions that could affect our work, including underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, drainage systems, septic systems, buried wiring, landscape lighting, sprinkler heads, shallow pipes, fragile structures, property boundaries, pets, locked gates, hidden objects, or other conditions that may create a risk of damage or injury.

Customers are responsible for ensuring GW2 Services has reasonable access to the areas necessary to perform the agreed services.

Customers should remove vehicles, toys, hoses, lawn furniture, decorations, pet waste, portable equipment, and other objects from work areas when necessary.

GW2 Services is not responsible for delays or inability to perform work caused by inaccessible areas, locked gates, vehicles, pets, unsafe conditions, or other obstacles under the customer’s control.

8. Property Access

By scheduling or authorizing service, you authorize GW2 Services and its employees, contractors, or representatives to enter the portions of the property reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work.

If access is unavailable at the scheduled service time, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, skipped, or subject to additional charges where permitted by the applicable service agreement.

9. Lawn Care and Landscaping Conditions

Outdoor services are affected by weather, soil, drainage, sunlight, shade, pests, disease, watering, temperature, existing vegetation, customer maintenance, and other environmental factors.

GW2 Services cannot guarantee that grass, plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, seed, sod, or other living materials will survive or perform in a particular manner unless a specific written warranty is provided.

Customers are responsible for following watering, care, maintenance, and other instructions provided by GW2 Services.

Failure to follow care instructions may void any applicable warranty.

10. Seasonal Cleanup Services

Spring and fall cleanup services may include removal or management of leaves, sticks, plant debris, lawn debris, dead vegetation, and other materials as described in the applicable quote or service agreement.

Cleanup services do not necessarily include removal of all debris, hazardous waste, construction debris, large branches, trees, excessive dumping, animal waste, or materials outside the agreed scope.

Additional charges may apply if conditions are substantially different from those anticipated when the quote was prepared.

11. Snow and Ice Services

Snow and ice conditions are inherently unpredictable.

Accumulation rates, drifting, refreezing, freezing rain, plow activity, temperature changes, vehicle traffic, runoff, wind, and other conditions may affect the results of snow and ice services.

GW2 Services does not guarantee that any driveway, walkway, parking area, sidewalk, or other surface will remain completely free of snow or ice after service.

Snow and ice may return or accumulate after service has been performed.

Customers and property occupants remain responsible for using reasonable caution during winter conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, snow services may be performed based on accumulation thresholds, route scheduling, storm conditions, equipment availability, safety considerations, and other operational factors.

12. Weather and Scheduling

Outdoor services are highly dependent on weather and ground conditions.

Rain, snow, ice, extreme temperatures, saturated soil, high winds, storms, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances may cause services to be delayed or rescheduled.

Scheduled dates and times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

GW2 Services reserves the right to modify service schedules when reasonably necessary for safety, weather, efficiency, or operational reasons.

13. Hidden Conditions and Property Damage

GW2 Services takes reasonable care while performing services.

However, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden, improperly installed, unmarked, deteriorated, defective, or undisclosed property conditions.

This may include damage involving irrigation systems, sprinkler heads, underground wiring, invisible fences, drainage systems, buried objects, landscape lighting, septic components, pipes, cables, edging, decorative items, unstable surfaces, or similar conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before work began.

Customers are responsible for identifying and disclosing these conditions before service.

14. Materials and Product Availability

Certain landscaping services may involve plants, mulch, soil, stone, seed, sod, fertilizer, landscape materials, or other products.

Availability, appearance, color, size, species, brand, and price may vary.

GW2 Services may substitute reasonably comparable materials when necessary, subject to the terms of the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Natural materials may vary in color, size, texture, and appearance.

15. Pricing

Prices shown on the website, if any, are for general informational purposes unless specifically identified as a binding offer.

Actual pricing may vary based on property size, condition, frequency of service, labor requirements, materials, equipment, travel, accessibility, weather, seasonal demand, and other factors.

GW2 Services reserves the right to change website pricing, service descriptions, promotions, or availability at any time.

16. Payment

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, work order, or service agreement.

Customers agree to pay all amounts properly charged for authorized services.

Late balances may be subject to late fees, collection costs, interest, suspension of service, or other remedies to the extent permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable agreement.

Returned payments or failed payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

17. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service.

Certain services may require advance notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Materials that have already been purchased, delivered, customized, or ordered specifically for a project may be non-refundable.

Recurring service plans, snow agreements, landscaping projects, and other services may contain separate cancellation terms.

The applicable service agreement will control when additional cancellation terms are provided.

18. Customer-Requested Changes

Changes requested after a quote or project has been approved may result in additional charges, changes to scheduling, changes to material requirements, or a revised completion date.

GW2 Services may require written approval of a change order before additional work is performed.

19. Communications

By submitting your contact information, you authorize GW2 Services to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, appointment, scheduled service, account, project, payment, or other service-related matters.

Communications may occur by telephone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide.

Providing a mobile phone number does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages unless you separately consent where required by law.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may request that we stop non-essential marketing communications at any time.

20. Electronic Communications

You agree that electronic communications, including emails, online quote requests, electronic proposals, electronic signatures, invoices, and text messages may satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing where permitted by law.

21. Photographs and Uploaded Content

Customers may be permitted to upload photographs or other information through the website.

You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit.

You grant GW2 Services permission to use submitted content for evaluating the property, preparing estimates, providing services, communicating with you, and maintaining business records.

Customer-submitted photographs will not be used for public marketing without permission unless otherwise authorized by the customer or permitted by law.

22. Project Photography

GW2 Services may photograph completed work for documentation, quality control, training, portfolio, or marketing purposes where permitted.

We will make reasonable efforts not to display personally identifying information such as house numbers, license plates, individuals, or other sensitive details without appropriate permission.

Customers may request that project photographs not be used for public marketing.

23. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, designs, text, photographs, videos, layouts, icons, branding, service descriptions, and other materials are owned by or licensed to GW2 Services unless otherwise indicated.

Such materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable proposal, estimate, work order, invoice, or service agreement, constitute the applicable agreement between you and GW2 Services concerning your use of the website and related services.

A separate service agreement may contain additional terms and will control where it conflicts with these website Terms.
