Lawn Care Services

Frequently Asked Questions

Nobody has to be home when your lawn is moed. All we need is access to all areas of your property that have grass.

Yes, we do offer landscaping services. Please contact our office to schedule a consultation. One of our team members will assess your needs and provide a custom, competitive bid.

Our mow prices are based on the size of your lawn. We use software that is based on google maps and allows us to measure the square footage of your grass. The lower the square footage, the lower your price. Our minimum price starts at 1000 sq. ft. and goes up to 10,000 sq. ft. We do not provide service to lawns larger than 10,000 sq. ft.

Other than a rain delay or a very rare circumstance we should never miss a scheduled cut. In the case of a delay we will always be out the following day. If you are looking at your lawn and do not believe someone has been out please call us within 48 hours of your scheduled cut so we may investigate the issue and get it resolved immediately.

Rain is the most common cause of any delays with your mowing. We do our best to work through light to medium amounts of rain when safe depending on the upcoming forecasts. If we get behind for any reason we will always be out the following day. We never skip properties or leave work incomplete due to delays.

Yes we do! We offer a flower bed maintenance service!  Contact us and one of our qualified professionals will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.

There is no obligation by either party to continue service and you may cancel service at any time.  Please note that all cancellations should be requested 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.  Unfortunately we do not accept same-day cancellations.

We appreciate your letting us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that the crews will be aware of them. Our crews will make every effort not to let your pet through the gate, but we cannot guarantee your pet will not escape from your yard. Please leave your pet inside on your scheduled service days. Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, large bones, large rocks, etc. the day before we mow. If hit by a lawn mower, objects like these in your yard are hazardous to our workers and others. Serious damage can occur to your property, our equipment, or our crews.

Snow Removal Services

Frequently Asked Questions

Snow and ice can be slippery. You don’t want anyone to slip and hit their head or get injured from walking on wet snow. While driving through snow, cars can also skid which may cause major accidents. Snow removal is important as it helps to prevent unwanted accidents and ensures everyone’s safety.

The best time to salt the driveway is before snow. When snowfall starts, the salt forms a brine which prevents ice from sticking to the surface. Although it will not melt the snow that falls, the salt will make it easier for you to remove ice and snow later on. If you haven’t applied salt and snowfall has started, you should shovel as much snow as you can before you put any salt.

Yes! We provide sidewalk & walkway shoveling and snow-blowing services!

All residential clients are given the same level of importance. Geographic location is the only determining factor we use in route placement

Our practice is to begin plowing residential routes when the snowfall ends. This makes for the best use of resources and provides you with the most efficient service. For higher accumulations (“snowmageddons”), we may plow with the storm, which means that you could receive multiple visits as we work to keep the accumulating snow from reaching a height that could block you in.

Our trigger is 1 inch. This means that at least 1 inch of snow must accumulate for us to service your property.

Yes! We offer discounts for the following: Senior Citizens, First Responders, Active Military, and bulk pricing of multiple properties. We are also willing to examine any other estimates you received to see if we are able to match or beat a competitor’s rate.

We apply salt after clearing the snow from your property. Salt melts through snow and ice, keeping your property clear and dry from additional moisture or precipitation which could freeze and potentially create slick spots. The benefits of salt can often outweigh any concerns that you may have of using it. We can help you weigh the options and determine if salt is the right choice for you.

If there is a car or any obstruction in your driveway that prevents us from clearing the entire drive, we will do our best to work around it but we may not be able to clear all of the snow around the car. You may request a return visit once the car has been moved. Non-urgent, return visits of this nature are commonly performed the day after the snowstorm.
